I would like to obtain full custody over my son and would like to know where to start and what I need to do and what sort of costs are involved

You question is vert skecthy. I would assume you live in Nigeria or at the child is in Nigeria. (fill us in on this)

Issues like why are you not staying withe child, where is the mother/father, are you the father or mother, were you married, what happened etc.

All this issues need to be known before an advise can be given.
