marriage and devorce

A man refuse to cater for his kids responsibility,how can one tacle it peacefully? despite d pastor's plea he still abandoned his wife with two kis(males) without any thing to fall back on.he now live confortably with another woman who never knew how he strugled with d first wife to get back his job.Not even school fees for d kids.Please help out.Thanks

So many issues are raised here. Has there been a divorce by the courts?

I think you should contact a lawyer to follow up as he must take care of the welfare of the kids at least.
