Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nigeria
Am a Nigerian and about to go to England to study the course of my choice. I have two kids. Before i would apply for a student visa, pls i would like to know, is it possible for me to take them along for the period i would be studying? How do i go about it? What are the things i need to show or prove to them that i can take care of them while studying over there?
Thanks

The UK immigration rules usually allows a prospective student to travel with his/her family once he/she can show proof of supporting them during the period of stay in the UK. I would also advise that you seek counsel from a UK licensed immigration consultant/attorney on this.
