You can file a petition for your wife and, assuming you have the proper paperwork to document your marriage and residency, and assuming there's no issues such as criminal records or communicable diseases, the petition should be approved. She will be in the Second Preference category and most likely will need to wait for a visa number in Africa. How long she needs to wait will depend on which country she is from.
