Can the parties feely choose the dispute resoluton in a contract?E.gMay the parties agree on arbitration in a foreign country according to te procedural rules of a well recognised institute such as Int'l Chamber of Commerce,London Court of Int'l Abitration(LCIA),UNCITRAL or Stockholm Chamber of commerce(SCC)
