Legal Question in Employment Law in Nigeria
I finished my undergraduate degree in Nigeria in 2001 and i was exempted from NYSC programme and my university gave me to whom it may concern exemption certicate. My name appeared exempted on NYSC mobilization list even though it remains about 12 days then for me to reach 30 yrs of age. Since then i did not get the main exemption certificate fromthe NYSC headquater and when i complained they denied me the certicate until after i participated in the programme. I did not get the mobilization that showed i was exempted neither in the university nor in the NYSC headquater
I was employed by the same university as a lecturer I since about 5 months ago they also denied me salary since then despite giving me offer showing that the appointment is with effect from July 2012 because i do not have exemption certifcate
I need an advise please
Thank you for your service to the humanity

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please elaborate what is the abbreviation NYSC in elongated format.
If you have been appointed as a lecturer irrespective of your age by the university, you ought to be paid the agreed salary for your services as a professor by the University.
Glory to the Lord in the highest.
