If you are the next of kin of someone and he died in Nigeria and you wanted to claim his estate what would i have to do? What are your law fees because i think i might need you.

Being a next of kin, you would need a letter of probate duly obtained from the High court of the State of testator's residence before death. A copy of the said Will also may come in handy for certain applications to be made for you.

Our professional Fees shall depend on the value of the estate in question. Also our firm shall be charging a minimal amount that would cover the out of poocket expenses that would be expended on your behalf during the process.
