i have been made a beneficiary to death and would like some assistance in claim
i am beneficiary to death in lagos and would like to speak to someone to investigate the will that i have and information to conduct the transaction

What I feel here is that this may be a "419" scam. if your case is that of a long lost relation or the deceased has the same last name with you and you were contacted by a "lawyer" who happens to be the lawyer of the deceased, then this may be a scam.
you may wish to forget the transaction.

If you received this information by e-mail from someone claiming to be a lawyer in Nigeria, from my experience, chances are that it is likely a scam and you need to tread carefully.
