i have the title to a motorcycle and exgirlfriend wants the bike or half the money for it can she get it.

Is only your name on the title to the motorcycle? You did not say this exactly. If only your name is on the title and you did not give it to her, sell it to her, or promise it to her, she should not be able to take it.
