Legal Question in Disability Law in North Carolina

I have filed a complaint with the department of Social and Health Services regarding elderly abuse. They refuse to respond even though my original complaint was sent by register mail and a follow up letter reiterating the same complaint was sent by regular mail.

u may file a suit directing them to respond to your complaint. you may approach the civil court for the same.
