Smart remarks concerning someone disability
i have one eye and my supervisor is continously making jokes concerning me have one eye.
Example: Just yesterday he ask me was I keep an eye on the world today. I'm fed up

Sorry to hear about that. Step one is to send or email a complaint and a request for a meeting to upper management. That way you'll have documentation that you complained about the harassment. If your workplace has an employee manual, refer to that to see what the policy is regarding making a complaint. If they refuse to remedy the problem and the harassment continues, you may need to consult with an employment law specialist and/or contact the EEOC office (see www.eeoc.gov).
