Legal Question in Aviation Law in North Carolina

Non-responsive airline with terrible service!

I was on Eastwind Airlines from Trenton, NJ to Orlando, FL. I was held held captive by Eastwind for over 22 hrs and never made it home by them. I was forced to leave a plane with Eastwind refusing to tell anyone what was going on. We made an emergency landing due to loss of oxygen in the passenger cabin with no reasons why. They left us caged for 3 hours and would not let us get our bags and told us to wait for a "bus ride" home to Trenton (from Baltimore) but could not tell us when. I took myself and two children and two additional children who lived near me with them. Eastwind did not question me taking them either. We took a train. I have sent letters to Eastwind requesting a refund for no performance and no communication. Other passengers are will to file a class action suit but don't know how. It would be too expensive for me to drive to N.C. and file a small claims suit. The people of this flight want their money back for the way we were treated. I am looking for an attorney will to file this claim on a consignment fee basis. Any takers.

You may wish to check out www.passengerrights.com and the various sites that you will find under an internet search of the topic "passenger rights", for an overview of the current status of these types of complaints. If you are seriously interested in pursuing legal action, you may wish to contact the counsel to the actions filed against Northwest Airlines (which have recently been accorded 'class-action' status), for a referral to qualified counsel in your area.
