4 years ago we filed for bankruptcy we thought we had turned in all of our creditors payed and not payed then we needed $ to sue the company that didn't build our home correct we were wondering how to come up with the $ then my wife got these checks in the mail from BoA on these 2 cards that we had payed off before we were married and forgot to turn them in on our BR we used them for lawer fees now they have doulbled our interest rates for no reason we have never been late paying we only owe $400 on our BR can we turn these cards in on our open BR

No. The debt was incurred after the filing of the petition in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy only discharges debt incurred prior to the filing of the petition.
