Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina
Business outside your home state
I own a service orientated business in MD. I would like to conduct the same business in NC for just a week or so every year. All business transactions would be done in MD but the service would be provided in NC. Is this allowed? What permits or licenses do I need?

It depends on the service to be provided and the risks you want to assume. Certain services require a license with the state. State laws vary, contact an attorney for assistance.
