can the company you work for say you took a urinalysis to get jobs for their company from other companies and when the companies want accept the company you work for urinalysis reports the company you work for want you to take one can i sue

I'm not sure I understand your question. You are saying that the company you work for (a temp agency?), had you take a urinalysis but that the jobs they are sending you to won't accept the results. Did you pay for the urinalysis, otherwise, I don't see what your claims for a lawsuit are.
