can i file paperwork to form a L.L.C. corporation somewhere to have my paperwork that same day if its urgent and where would i do this

Any attorney will say an LLC (Limited Liability Company) is not the same as a corporation. There are some filing services that can get the start up paperwork filed for an LLC or a corporation within a day or so. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
