should we form the LLC in NH or NC?

We are preparing to do a developement in NC. Two partners live in NH and two in NC. We are wondering if we should form the LLC in NH or NC and would there be any significant tax benefits?

If the principal business activity will be in NC there would be no tax advantage to forming in NH; further, subjecting the entity to NH entity tax is probably a very bad idea. NC would be a better bet. Happy to consult with the NH members if they need further guidance. Best wishes,
