Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina
Judicial Judgment
I would like to start a business in North Carolina. What I would like to do is obtain judicial judgments from the plantiff. The method that I would like to use is "Agreement for assignment" (Plantiff and me) and file at the court house "assignment of judgment" then pursue collection on that judgment. What do I need to do to set up my business?

Business - assignment of judgments
I'm afraid that your question is a bit complicated to answer in this manner. I'm wondering if this is possible or even feasible in NC (I haven't research it). I believe that there may be major problems involved which will require extensive legal help to keep you out of trouble! Tread carefully!
