Litigation?

I received a faulty oil change on my car. They installed a broken drain plug and incorrectly installed the oil filter. The car leaked massive amounts of oil and was finally repaired through another company. Is there a case against the original dealership?

This situation is not that uncommon. If the dealership was "negligent" in installing the plug and filter, then it is probably liable for your losses. These cases can sometimes be difficult to prove. You may try to submit the claim yourself, but you may need assistance from an attorney.
