Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

I am a member of a LLC located in High Point, NC. The manager refuses to allow the members to review financial documents.

Any franchise attorney will say you need to consult the LLC's operating agreement for inspection, etc. rights. Normally financial documents should be made available, unless there are specific provisions in the operating agreement to the contrary. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
