Non payment For Work done.
How do I take legal action against a
group who refuse to pay for work
done.

If the amount owed is less than $5000, sue them in small claims court. You can go to the county courthouse clerk's office and get the forms there. If the amount owed is over $5000, you should get an attorney to help you file a lawsuit.
