Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina
how do I take over a North Carolina LLC as a 25% interest holder? I am in dispute with the other shareholders and do not feel that they are operating with the best interest of the corporation in mind, rather their own personal agendas.

As a Franchise Attorney I can only offer the following. Your position is not unlike a minority shareholder in any corporation. You can't necessarily "take over" the corporation. It just doesn't work that way. You may be able to bring a lawsuit (and these are expensive) if you feel (and can prove) your allegations. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
