Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina
Two people own a business. The business is incorporated. Partner A dies. Partner B makes a claim against partner A 's estate in the company's name. Can the company legally go after its owner if the company is incorporated?

More information is needed, but short answer: most likely yes. If an owner of a business acts in a manner to defraud a company, takes money or assests, or otherwise harms the business, they can be sued by the business.
