Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

Is it possible to sell craft beer in North Carolina at festivals and other events without being either a brewery, food business, or retail store? If so, what permits do I need?

You need to get a liquor license to sell alcohol. Once you get this, you will be able to sell it where your permit allows you to do so.
