Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina
If i buy a 2002 f250 from a buy here pay here lot and they inform no mechanical issues and they offer to fix it later , can they just give me a different vechile or can i just get my down payment back?

It depends on what the written contract says. That will control your rights to a fix, replacement, or refund.
