How do i compensate for a felony dismissal upon false accusations? Civil Matter.

I am not sure what you are asking. If you mean that someone falsely accused you of committing a crime and the charges were eventually dismissed in your favor, then you can sue the person who filed the charges for malicious prosecution.
Your damages will be the cost of hiring a criminal law attorney to defend yourself.
