drug test
my daughters boss gave her a random drug test yesterday due to rumors she was drinking and smoking pot on the job, which she is not, and which came out negitive. Is there any action she can take due to this? She is being harrased.

Re: drug test
A request for one drug test is hardly harassment. On the other hand, if she can track down the source of the rumour she may have a Defamation action. It may be time for her to move on.
