Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina
ear piercing
My minor child was taken to a local super store by his uncle. At this store he had his ear pierced. His uncle signed for him. Can the store be held accountable?

Re: ear piercing
Probably not. His uncle had temporary custody of him and that is where it ends. It seems your issue is with your son, and his uncle. It is not the store's fault.
