Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina
I have an old landlord that I was on his cell phone plan. There wasn't a written contract drawn up between him and I. I no longer have the working cell phone and can't pay for service anymore. He wants to take me to court if I refuse to pay the line and cancellation fee. What can he do against me?

He can sue if you if there was an agreement for you to pay for the line, oral or written.
