Can a lawyer I hired and was rightfully unhappy with sue me for posting a review on her services?

Can you be sued? Yes. Anyone can sue anyone else for anything at any time. Will you be sued? Neither I nor any attorney can answer that without knowing what you said. If you said something untrue or defamatory, then yes. If you just expressed an opinion then maybe not.
