major drink company

what are my son's rights when a major label drink companies drink can blows up in my son's face and cuts him and he doesn't want to drink out of a can anymore?

There may be many other relevant factors here, such as the temperature of the drink, the age of the drink, whether the can had been shaken or mis-handled etc. Assuming that there was no misuse of the product, then your son may have a claim against the manufacturer for medical expenses and pain-and-suffering, based on negligence or warranty. You probably should consult with an attorney in your area.
