Since you post no facts about why each person owes you money, when the loan was made, what evidence you have to support your claim in the absence of a writing, whether you have any partial payments by the debtors and whether you have made a written demand for the money, I cannot answer your question. I also don't know the amount of the loan and whether you could sue in small claims or not.
