Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in North Carolina

What are the rights of a 16 year old who well be
questioned by the police and the naacp for a problem
on the internet that did not take place in or at the
school. They are questioning every student in the
school and the ncaap are sitting in on all classes.
This child had nonething to do with this and dos not
now anyone who did.

1. He has a 5th Amendment right to remain silent and not speak with them;
2. He has the right to be represented by a lawyer;
3. He has a right to have a parent/guardian present during any questioning/interview.
