E-mail invasion of privacy in NC

My estranged wife and I have been working on our marriage issues for over a year with many, many emails passing back and forth. I just found out another adult family member has been hacking into and reading ''all'' of these ''private'' messages. Are there legal implications for that persons actions. What can I do?

1st thing is to have an Attorney send a Cease & Desist letter.

2nd would be to involve (vis copying emails and correspondence) Law Enforcement.

3rd would be to seek court injunction if necessary.

I have handled a number of these cases previously.
