Is it illegal for someone to videotape a residential pool at all hours from their home without anyone knowing about it? We have a woman in our neighborhood that is filming out neighborhood pool to keep "track of everything that goes on" for no reason.

If the pool is public property or common area, there is no law that prevents her from filming it. She cannot film private property.
