Remove name and pictures from website

My full name and pictures I bought of my dogs are being used on a dog rescue web page. I just want my name and pictures taken off. I have contacted the owner of the website and the host of the website and nothing is being done?

Your right of privacy is being violated.

I would suggest a demand to CEASE & DESIST be sent to the website owner from an attorney.
