Web Site image reseller
I am in the process of creating a web site to allow people to sell there images and videos. How can I ensure to my clients who may purchase these images and or videos that they are legal?
I want to provide confidence to companys and individuals who purchase such media.

It is extremely difficult to "ensure" that these are legal. Your best bet would be to act merely as a broker, and let the transaction occur exclusively between the buyer and seller of the images (i.e., the eBay model).
Otherwise, you can obtain assurances from the seller that they have the rights to sell the material, and contractually have them take responsibility for any infringement. This does not provide the guarantee you're seeking, but instead a remedy if there is a problem.
