Legal Question in Constitutional Law in North Carolina
my mother married a younger man 20 some years younger, my mother for some reason changed her will leaving the house to him, and my younger sister. At the time she was starting to get frail and sick and frail. When she started getting real sick he paid off the house which he refinanced to get a boat and a car and camper. He went and had her declared incompetence and had my parents home put into his name. We have furniture in the home that came down through the family for 4 generations that we can not get what can we do about this we may loose the home but we don't want to loose our family inheritance.
