Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina

I bought a car for $1300. I took it to 3 mechanics and all of them stated the car was in such poor condition it was unsafe to drive. If I bought the car "as is" is it worth suing for?

If you bought the car "as is" and no false representations were made to you, you will lose if you sue. "As is" means what it says. It is not worth it to sue.
