Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina
I am trying to take a Corporation to small claims court. The Company is based and incorportated out of New Jersey and I live in North Carolina. The dispute over monies arose from their facility doing business in North Carolina. Who do I take to court and what County?

You will either have to research NJ small claims law or sue them in District Court in NC. You can't sue an out of state Defendant in small claims.
