Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina

I enrolled in a debt management program where I pay a credit counseling agency and they, in turn, disburse the payments to my creditors. However, my creditors are indicating to me that they are not getting paid. Can I get my money back from the credit counseling agency?

I would think so based on the factas you relayed them but if this agency is not doing what it is supposed to, you may have problems actually recovering everything since that sounds pretty shady.
