missing audio
my car have been at a peaches auto paint shop since may 29 i went to pic it up today and before leaving i found my speakers, box and amplifier was stolen, can i hold them liable for the theft or what other steps can i take to be compensated for my losts

These cases are not entirely clear. This is primarily governed by the law of "bailment." They have a duty to take reasonable care of your property when you give it to them. Further, there is a presumption that they were negligent when the item is not returned in its original condition. You should submit your claim to the paint shop, and they probably have liability insurance. If they deny your claim, then you may want to consult further with an attorney.
