when a representative quote you a price and you ask him three times to make sure of the price. then you give him your card number and he still quote the same price telling you that is all you owe. Can the company take more, than the quoted price that you agreed to, off your card?

No, you should dispute the transaction with your credit card company, as well as call the company and make them aware of the error.

I agree with Ms. Coleman, but make sure you have evidence to support the price that should have been charged. And if you feel you have to ask someone multiple times to confirm a price, walk away.
