answering alias and pluries summons

is there any certain legalese that must be used when answering an alias and pluries summons was originally issued 9-11-06 i was served on 6-20-08, the file at the courthouse concerning the case file no. had not been serviced since the original date issued ,do i just answer with a motion to dismissal due to insufficient service, my atty said that they have to service the summons every 90 days for it to remain valid

Without seeing all the documents, I can't answer the question in your particular case.

However, in a general sense, one would probably file a Motion to Dismiss based on insufficiency of process, insufficiency of Service of Process and lack of jurisdiciton over the person.
