Auto Title
In the state of North Caroline, if I am deliquent on a auto loan and pay it off, will I receive a clean auto title.

Once you have paid the lender (lienholder) off, in full (which includes any late fees, etc.), you will get clean title - it won't matter if you did this early, late, or otherwise. Once they have their money, your title is clean.
