Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

What would i do if I help someone with bad credit get a cell phone and credit cards and I put them in my name. But after me and this man stop dating he refused to pay the bills. So how would I go about trying to get him to pay these bills so that I can get my credit clear.

You can sue him, but he already has bad credit. Do you think he will care? You cannot force him to pay the bills. This was a very bad idea. Never ever get a cell phone and credit cards for someone else. The bills are in your name and you will be responsible for the bills. The only way to get your credit clear is to pay the bills or reach a settlement on the bills.
