my car was towed because i took out a loan on it what steps can i take to get it back i owe the title loan company 1500 and i dont have the money to pay it all at once i need advice on what to tell them or what to do

Who was the car towed by? Was it towed by the car title lender (i.e. repossessed) because you were delinquent on the car title loan?
If that is the case, it will be very hard to get your car back. These car title places are awful. If you don't pay (and they hope you don't) they take your car and sell it and pocket the money.
They are going to want the full amount and they are not going to give you the car back if they don't get it.
This is just my opinion based on the experience and information I have read. You are welcome to get a second opinion.
