Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

ceditors calling

can creditors call you 8 to 10 times a day, even after I answer the phone and answer there questions giving them a time frame for payment, still they call again in an hour or change an call my cell. I`m disabled an waiting for my hearing witch is coming real soon so I tell them I should be able to pay them in two months. Isn`t there some limet to this continues calling.

Send them a certified letter asking them to contact you by writing. From now on keep track of every call - the name address and phone numebr of debt collector, date and time of call, who he's collecting for and the subtance of the conversation.
