Civil summons

I got yesterday a civil summons from the wake county courthouse , need help and how much it will cost me to have a lawyer . Thank you

Typically lawyers are going to charge by the hour to defend you. If you have low income, you may want to see if you qualify for legal aid. Do a search for legal aid North Carolina.

Otherwise, as I said, I would guess that you are looking at an hourly rate of $150 and up. Some attorneys may give you a consultation and be able to give you a better estimate after seeing the case.
