Sent to collections
Can I get sent to collections without ever receiving a bill? My dr.'s office failed to submit a claim on time, NEVER sent me a bill and sent me to a very harassing credit agency.

They may have violated Fair Debt Collection Practices which can have penalties against the Creditors. Lawguru doesn't allow links to be posted, but you can do a search for fair debt collection under google and some helpful links should pop up.
